What happened to QTMS?

ReliaSoft's Quality Tracking and Management System (QTMS) ReliaSoft's Quality Tracking and Management System (QTMS) was a highly configurable Web-based enterprise-wide failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS) that could be implemented for clients on a custom basis.

XFRACAS is the next generation version of this system, which is more powerful and flexible than ever. The new system now comes "in a box," which means that if organizations choose to, they can implement and deploy the system on their own, without ReliaSoft's involvement, although ReliaSoft still provides implementation services, support and training on the new system.

XFRACAS comes with detailed documentation, installation straight from the box and implementation-enabling utilities to allow organizations to configure the system to meet their requirements.

To signify this change and distinguish the new system from the older QTMS version, as well as to stress the fact that the FRACAS process is at the core of the system, we decided to rename the system to XFRACAS.
